How do I create my first task?

Click the "+" button in any quadrant or use the "Add Task" button. Choose the appropriate quadrant based on urgency and importance: Q1 for urgent + important, Q2 for important only, Q3 for urgent only, and Q4 for neither.

What is the Eisenhower Matrix?

The Eisenhower Matrix is a time management tool that helps you prioritize tasks by categorizing them into four quadrants based on urgency and importance. It's designed to help you focus on what truly matters and eliminate time-wasting activities.

How do I move tasks between quadrants?

Simply drag and drop tasks between quadrants, or edit a task and change its priority level. The visual interface makes it easy to reorganize as priorities change.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free includes the core Eisenhower Matrix with 1 workspace and 25 active tasks. Pro offers unlimited workspaces and tasks, task history, advanced analytics, CSV export, recurring tasks, and removes ads.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period, and your data will be preserved.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. Contact us at [email protected] if you're not satisfied within your first 30 days.

My tasks aren't syncing between devices

Make sure you're logged into the same account on all devices and have an internet connection. Try refreshing the page or app. If the issue persists, contact support.

I forgot my password

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password. Check your email for reset instructions. If you don't receive an email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Can I export my data?

Pro users can export their tasks to CSV format from the settings page. This includes all task details, priorities, and completion status.
